Minister for Revenue, Smt. Jennifer Monserrate today launched the online issuance of digitally signed survey plan service by Directorate of Settlement and Land Records at Secretariat, Porvorim. The service is designed and developed by Goa Electronics Ltd. (GEL).
With this launch, a digitally signed land survey maps of the applicants will be provided to them online (in a pdf format).

Speaking on the occasion the Minister informed that Goa’s is the 1st and the only State in the country to offer this service and congratulated Secretary, Shri. Sanjay Kumar, IAS and his team on this achievement. “Via this service the survey plan would be digitally signed
and made available to the concerned person through online mode. With the challenges, we have faced post pandemic; the Government is determined to make facilities and services available to the public easily. Digitization is the way forward. Addressing the gathering, Secretary, Shri Sanjay Kumar, IAS said that digital availability of Maps is a welcome move for the department. It will save a lot of time of the office as well the applicant, as informed by Department of Information and Publicity.
