Jaggery and Honey are among few good options, but they beat the main purpose of not consuming sugar. The purpose being eating sweets (mithai) that does not spike your blood sugar level. Artificial sweeteners can help you achieve that but the issue with them is that they are not natural. In such a situation, Stevia (Meethi Tulsi) based sweeteners can help you enjoy Zero Sugar Mithai without any chemicals or spike in blood sugar. These sweeteners have a zero glycemic index.
